Clinical Education Program

In a Resolution En Banc dated 17 February 2004, the Supreme Court approved the petition of the College to offer Clinical Legal Education Program, effective immediately. With this approval, the College will become the first in Cebu City to be able to institute law student practice as part of the course Practice Court in the present curriculum. Law students will then be able to handle cases under the supervision of a lawyer and represent indigent clients in appropriate courts and quasi-judicial agencies.
